These terms are an agreement between you and the operator (Junho Woo) about using Teumna (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. On iOS, Apple’s standard license agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. The Service
Teumna finds the free time you share with friends, lets you propose, confirm, change and cancel plans, and records how each plan ended so you can look back person by person. It can connect to Google Calendar.
The Service is free and contains ads. Features may change or stop, and we will tell you about important changes in advance.
2. Your account
You sign up with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for your account and device.
Do not use someone else’s account or sign up with false information.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account.
3. What you must not do
Do not use the Service to harass, deceive or threaten others.
Do not collect or publish others’ information without their consent.
Do not hack the Service, send excessive automated requests or disrupt normal operation.
Do not put unlawful content in plan titles or notes.
4. Content you add
You keep the rights to what you add, such as events, plan titles and notes, and your name. The operator uses it only as needed to provide the Service.
Participants in a plan can see its title, notes and answers. You decide what is shared (Privacy Policy, section 3).
5. Ads
The Service shows Google AdMob ads. The operator does not endorse advertisers’ products or services.
You can change your personalized-ads choice in Settings at any time.
6. Google Calendar
The Google Calendar connection is on only if you agree. When you disconnect, Teumna no longer accesses your calendar.
Google’s own terms continue to apply to your Google account.
7. Limits of liability
The Service is a tool that helps you find a time. It does not guarantee that a plan will be kept.
Calculated free time depends on the imported events and the availability you entered. Please double-check important plans yourself.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect damages not caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, or for damages from force majeure or outages of outside services (Google, Apple and others).
8. Restriction and termination
If you break these terms or harm others, the operator may restrict your use or delete your account, giving notice where possible.
If you want to stop, delete your account.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we will say so in the app or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
